Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy

– Guest-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. – Cancellation Timeframe:
– More than 30 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
– 15 to 30 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
– Less than 15 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

– Special Packages and Offers: Some packages, special offers, or promotional rates may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Please review these terms carefully before making your reservation.

– No-Shows: If you do not show up on the scheduled arrival date and have not notified us of your cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

– Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

– Non-Refundable Charges: Certain fees, such as booking fees, transaction fees, or other non-refundable charges specified at the time of booking, will not be refunded.

– Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions) that prevent you from using our services, we may offer a credit or reschedule your booking. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Changes to Bookings

– Modifications: If you wish to modify your booking (such as changing the dates of your stay), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

– Upgrades and Downgrades: If you request an upgrade or downgrade in your booking, the difference in cost will be either charged or refunded accordingly, based on the rates available at the time of the modification.
